We rented space here for years. It has completly gone to crap once Regus started running it. I would highly advise going anywhere else than here for your business! I wish I could give zero stars!!!

I would strongly advise anyone considering leasing space here to proceed with extreme caution—or avoid it altogether. I originally leased from Front Range Business Center, which provided a stable, professional environment with clearly defined services, including conference room access, front desk support, refreshments, and janitorial services. A few months into my lease, management transitioned to Regus, and the experience has been an ongoing and deeply frustrating decline ever since. Since the takeover, there has been a complete breakdown in consistency, communication, and professionalism. Staff turnover has effectively been 100%, which speaks volumes. Long-term associates who had been there for over a decade are gone, largely due to being placed in the middle of ongoing operational and management issues. The current associate is clearly overworked and doing their best under difficult conditions, but they are being set up to fail. What is particularly concerning is how tenants are being pressured. I received a “satisfaction survey” that was framed in a way that felt passive-aggressive and inappropriate, strongly implying that negative feedback would directly impact the associates working on-site. This is not only unprofessional, but it also places undue pressure on tenants and unfairly shifts responsibility onto staff who have little control over the systemic issues. From a business standpoint, the practices are highly questionable. Lease terms and billing structures were changed without clear communication. I was charged a first and last month deposit without prior transparency, and invoices are consistently unclear and difficult to reconcile. On multiple occasions, I received conflicting information from different managers, further eroding trust. Payment due dates were altered without notice, and only after pushback from attorneys within the building were some of these changes walked back. Additionally, the automatic lease renewal policy—unless canceled within a narrow and poorly communicated window—is, at best, unethical and at worst intentionally misleading. It is deeply disappointing to see a once-functional and supportive business environment deteriorate into what feels like a disorganized and opportunistic operation. There is a noticeable shift toward converting the space into a higher-turnover, hourly rental model, which is driving out long-standing tenants and undermining the professional community that once existed here. To be clear: the people within the building—tenants and on-site staff—have been consistently respectful and doing what they can under difficult circumstances. The issue lies squarely with the management company, whose practices lack transparency, consistency, and integrity. While some of what they are doing may technically fall within legal boundaries, the overall experience has felt misleading and, at times, exploitative. If you are considering renting space here, I strongly recommend you reconsider. There are far more stable, transparent, and professionally managed options available.

It's a nice office building. I do not know what is inside however, my Dr. Just needed to rent an office for a day for his patients that do not live in the Denver area. But it's kept nice inside & clean.

Very nice to see a Regus location up here. Great building, very friendly staff members. The office is lively and bright, highly recommend!
