I joined the SHIFT Community in old Littleton a year and a half ago. Beautiful space managed by the excellent team of Summer, Cassie and Staff. A vibrant, convenient location, occupied by good people representing many sectors of the Economy, Philanthropy and the Arts, along excellent amenities, including a meditation room I use when an Underwriter asks me for an unusual condition... ; - ) Prior to arriving, I had been ensconced in my very comfortable and efficient home office since 1991. Without realizing it, I was slowly letting the time slip away and along with it the missed opportunities for new growth. I know the relationships, clarity and focus you build here will more than offset the cost of your membership. I promise you...I'm not an owner...just wish I was. Join us... It has been a pleasure renting office space at Shift! This location is great, with plenty of amenities (coffee, snack bar, microwaves, kitchen sinks, etc.). The staff is great as well, and Cassie and Summer are the best. They've made working here easy and are super helpful whenever you need them. Highly recommend to anybody needing a workspace who's looking for an affordable yet inviting option.

I had a private office at shift for over 3 years. I went to inquire about a renewal. They let me know they would be doing me a favor and increasing my rent by over 50% as a "deal" for me. When I declined and let them know they have vacancies all over this building - they then said. "It's okay if you cant afford a space here." Keep that in mind before touring - this is how they treat current tenants. Note: Front desk people that run this office are great. The people that are signing the new leases think they are really special...she let me know she did a market analysis that took her three days on their own building before they could determine what a price renewal would be for me - they are trying smoke and mirror tactics. They used to run this very straightforward and friendly. Shift ownership - if you are seeing this, I am doing you a favor by calling it out. Tune in!

Amazing spaces, amazing location, amazing amenities. But be cautious when it comes to what you are promised when you sign your lease — and what management reserves the right to change. Watch out for your 50% office rent increase year-over-year. And also, current tenants report that Shift recently revoked the only six (6) guest parking spaces on site. So any service business or companies with visitors are at the mercy of Downtown Littleton's notoriously difficult parking. Proceed with caution.

We held our rehearsal dinner at Shift in Littleton and it was amazing. They were so flexible with us on storing bar items ahead of time and music. The space was great for our ~55 people in the main area inside.
