Our company is expanding so we needed a central branch location. We had looked at many places but felt the most at home with Dry Creek Executive suites. Mimi is a joy to work with as well. We are all moved in as of 9/10/25. It is very quiet, super clean and a comfortable work atmosphere for myself and my colleagues. I would highly recommend you check it out. :)

I recently found myself in need of moving office spaces. I was leasing a single office space at one of the big national players in short term office space rental. They kept raising my rent every 6 months, which I would be notified 3 months after the next term kicked in, so it was constantly on my mind. I searched all over South Denver area to find single executive office spaces- I must have seen at least 15 properties. Low and behold, I found this gem very near my old office. The office building itself is beautiful! It is clean, modern and provides plenty of parking. The suites are lovely as well. They have a variety of meeting spaces in addition to single office space should you find yourself needing a larger space for meeting with larger groups. Mimi could not be easier to work with - she was warm and kind and answered all of my questions with patience and professionalism. She really adds that personal touch and works hard to establish a great relationship with the tenants. I think I will be happy here for a very long time and look forward to not having to renegotiate rates every few months!
