The sad thing is, I used the intelligent office for years and they were great, fast friendly phone staff, a really great service and people. But I closed my business now over a year ago n and they keep coming at me for all types of additional charges and fees. It’s like a bad breakup where the ex just won’t leave me alone. It’s really put a dark cloud over what was a previously good experience. It feels like as long as you’re a full paying customer it good but getting away it feels kinda scary. When I tried to cancel service over a year ago I had lots of credit on my account, money I prepaid well they wouldn’t refund it so I had to keep a mail box I didn’t use for a year until the credit was used! Then at the end they tried to charge a fee for closing the account after I closed a year ago. Now they are trying to come after me with another fee for the mail box key but sent the message at the end of day on a holiday weekend saying if they don’t get the key by the holiday they will charge again. Yeah, I guess I’m really seeing what kind of business they are running and it’s ruining what was a positive experience. I’m going to have to make a recommendation to not use this service because they get really terrible once you try to leave. Not a good look intelligent office. I used to recommend you but now I’ll have to recommend not using you, it’s unfortunate because it started out good and for some reason just won’t end, you just keep coming at me for additional charges and fees and it’s getting frustrating to say the least. It’s been over a year since I cancelled service and you’re still hounding me.

We’ve been using Intelligent Office - Denver Tech Center, and I’m very pleased with their service. Every staff member has reached out to us on multiple occasions to make sure our concerns are addressed and that we get any help we might need. Their customer service is truly 5-star — responsive, friendly, and dependable. The virtual office setup, mail handling, and call answering have all worked seamlessly. It’s clear they care about making their clients feel supported and looked after. We appreciate their professionalism and would recommend them without hesitation.

Even though real estate office space is less used than in the past, this is a great way to get service and have a physical office with little to no interruptions in the world of my business as we move into the future of selling homes and having office space for us and for those clients that still meet us at the office. Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Intelligent Office.
The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
