Even though real estate office space is less used than in the past, this is a great way to get service and have a physical office with little to no interruptions in the world of my business as we move into the future of selling homes and having office space for us and for those clients that still meet us at the office. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Intelligent Office.
