Confluence is a shared office community offering flexible workspace, meeting space, and value-add services for local professionals. Members and day-users work, meet, and connect in downtown Lafayette with quick access to the best coffee shops and restaurants in the area.
The community features business owners, freelancers, and remote employees representing a range of professions. The space features ~8,000 square feet of private offices and open-plan workspace as well as two meeting rooms, a lounge, and event/large meeting space, 4 phone booths, and kitchen.
Besides the broad resources offered to support professionals, most members put a high value on the opportunity to grab a coffee, eat lunch, or just make quick connections with other members.
