Confluence is a shared office community offering flexible workspace, meeting space, and value-added services for local professionals. Members and day-users work, meet, and connect in downtown Lafayette with quick access to the best coffee shops and restaurants.

The space features ~8,000 square feet of private, semi-private, and open workspace as well as a large conference room, collaboration office, lounge, and kitchen. Day-users are welcome and parking is free.

Come in through the first floor lobby where a community manager can assist you. This entrance is open M-F by 8:00am - 5:00pm. No keys or codes are needed during these day-use hours.

If a community manager is unavailable when you arrive, please utilize the handouts found on the front lobby table to help you get started, and grab a seat in our 1st floor workspace.

Make yourself at home. Throw your lunch in the refrigerator. Brew a pot of self-serve coffee or drink it if it's already made. Half-and-half creamer is in the refrigerator along with complimentary sodas.

The Confluence venue was perfect for my daughter's 16th birthday party. Kira and Alejandro were prompt in their responses and in setting up the venue as requested, even sending videos and pictures of the set up to make sure it was ok. The space was perfect and it had all of the amenities that we needed. Great space for a gathering of 40-60 people.

We were delighted with the informal local space for our meeting. The staff were very helpful, the space was prepared to our preferences, and, during the actual event, our guests felt at home to the point that they did not seem ready to leave when our time was up! What more could we ask for?!

The best location right near downtown Lafayette, very helpful for getting out of the house for a remote job. I could walk across the road for a fancy coffee or next door for a beer. The kitchen has coffee and soft drinks. I had an upstairs desk in an open area. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great Internet and I was able to create a productive setup.
