Confluence is a shared office community offering flexible workspace, meeting space, and value-added services for local professionals. Members and day-users work, meet, and connect in downtown Lafayette with quick access to the best coffee shops and restaurants.

The space features ~8,000 square feet of private, semi-private, and open workspace as well as a large conference room, collaboration office, lounge, and kitchen. Day-users are welcome and parking is free.

Come in through the first floor lobby where a community manager can assist you. This entrance is open M-F by 8:00am - 5:00pm. No keys or codes are needed during these day-use hours.

If a community manager is unavailable when you arrive, please utilize the handouts found on the front lobby table to help you get started, and grab a seat in our 1st floor workspace.

Make yourself at home. Throw your lunch in the refrigerator. Brew a pot of self-serve coffee or drink it if it's already made. Half-and-half creamer is in the refrigerator along with complimentary sodas.

The best location right near downtown Lafayette, very helpful for getting out of the house for a remote job. I could walk across the road for a fancy coffee or next door for a beer. The kitchen has coffee and soft drinks. I had an upstairs desk in an open area. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great Internet and I was able to create a productive setup.

Seamless scheduling process with a ton of helpful information for how to open/close for your event. Felt really hands off and stress free! Love this venue and will definitely use them again.

Confluence is a great place for co-working! Tom and Kira have created a great community and a great multipurpose co-working space. Whether you are looking for an office space, a flexible arrangement/permanent desk , or perhaps an event space, Confluence has you covered. I'm a remote video editor and just going here has helped me feel more connected to the world even if I don't talk to anyone. The place is clean, well kept, has snacks and beverages and a once a month community get together for breakfast or lunch. I believe they have a book club too! Really a great place for someone looking that needs a dedicated workspace, a private event, and such.

We celebrated my grandmother's 90th birthday at Confluence. The whole experience was wonderful! Kira is super helpful and always quick to respond to any questions I had. The space was very clean, the lighting was perfect, and the AV system was a cinch to operate. Confluence is a perfect venue for any event!

We rented Confluence's private event space for our daughter's quinceañera in February and five stars doesn't seem like enough - this place is The Best! It provided us the flexibility to make our event unique and working with the staff at Confluence made this experience seamless and enjoyable. We rented the large event space and the adjoining conference room, allowing us to have seating for 50, a dance floor, and a space for kids to play board games and friends to relax on couches and comfy chairs. We were able to bring in all our own food, drinks, and decorations, creating the party exactly as we wanted. The audio/bluetooth was great for streaming music and the cordless mic allowed us to give a quick speech. Any questions or requests we had leading up to the event were quickly addressed. When we arrived to set up, the space was perfect - tables were set with linens and the soft glow of the string lights gave the space a warm, welcoming feel. We only had to add a few decorations to make the space feel complete. The location of this space is also a huge bonus. Confluence is tucked a half block off of the main street in Lafayette which means you have a little privacy, ample parking, while also being close to all the action of downtown. If you're looking for an affordable, welcoming space that is also just the right amount of unique (fun art on the walls, spaces that can be transformed into photo booths, a huge garage door that can open in the warmer months), then Confluence is it. Thank you Kira, Tom and Alejandro for making our girl's 15th birthday so memorable.
