We have operated 5 locations and have never experienced billing issues anywhere until Regus took over one of our locations. Since then, it has been an absolute nightmare. They have overcharged us repeatedly, threatened us over balances that were being disputed, withdrawn money from our account that was not authorized, and created so many ongoing billing problems that our bank has now completely restricted them from accessing our account. The result? Every attempt we make to pay rent now gets automatically rejected because of the history of issues tied to this company. No small business should have to operate like this. They owe us money, yet somehow every conversation turns into another demand for more money, more fees, more confusion, and more threats. There is no accountability, no organization, and no actual resolution process. The communication is equally awful. Lorraine responds to reviews and messages in an extremely dismissive way and simply passes problems off to another department. Then you get responses at 2 or 3 in the morning from overseas support teams that clearly have no authority to resolve anything and only follow scripted responses. Meanwhile, the on-site staff act like they have no idea what is happening outside of whatever script they were handed. This has honestly been one of the most incompetent and frustrating companies we have ever dealt with. I understand office space can be hard to find, but I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere before signing with this company. The stress, billing problems, and financial mess they create are not worth it for a small business.

What started as a simple business arrangement turned into an exhausting cycle of inconsistent communication, shifting explanations, and constant attempts to upsell “solutions” to problems that should have never existed in the first place. Every concern seemed to lead to another offer, another agreement, another delay, or another reason why the issue could not actually be resolved. Instead of accountability, the responsibility continually got pushed back onto us as the customer. The most frustrating part has been the complete lack of urgency once paperwork was signed. Response times slowed, follow through disappeared, and getting straight answers became nearly impossible. What should have been a professional and straightforward experience became unnecessarily stressful and time consuming. I rarely leave negative reviews, but transparency matters, especially for other small businesses trying to make informed decisions. Based on our experience, I would strongly encourage others to carefully review every detail, document every conversation, and fully understand what they are committing to before signing anything.

I’ve been around a long time and dealt with plenty of businesses, and I can say this wasn’t a great experience. Customer service felt rushed and not very attentive. It didn’t seem like there was much effort to actually listen or understand what I was asking. Just about thier rent verses fixing the problem Just not the level of professionalism I’m used to.

I would strongly caution anyone considering Regus to read the fine print and be prepared for a frustrating experience. Our time with them has been filled with inconsistent communication, billing confusion, and a level of customer service that does not match what is promised when you sign up. We’ve been told one thing by one representative and something completely different by another, and trying to get clear answers has been an ongoing challenge. Billing has been one of the biggest issues. Charges don’t always align with what was originally discussed, and resolving discrepancies takes far more time and effort than it should. It often feels like once you’re locked into an agreement, responsiveness and accountability drop significantly. If you’re a small business expecting transparency, consistency, and support, this may not be the right fit. The concept is great, but the execution has been disappointing. Edit: they keep removing my review

  • The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.

A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.

It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.

  • Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.

It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Regus, who is more than happy to help out.
