• Once I’m a member, can I store my belongings there overnight?

  Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.  

• Can I use all the listed amenities no matter which membership I use?

  Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Top Floor.

• Can I visit Top Floor - at Evans School before making a decision? If so, how do I schedule a tour?

  Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. Reach out here to set up a time to come and see the space.

• How should I choose the best workspace for my needs?

  For spontaneous collaboration and interaction, open desks provide an open and flexible environment. If you prefer a dedicated space with shared community elements, dedicated desks offer a great balance between personal space and interaction.

  On the other hand, private offices are best suited for focused work and private interactions. They're ideal for solo workers as well as teams seeking a dedicated space, shielded from distractions.

• Can I access the space outside of regular office hours?

  If you’re seeking flexible access, the monthly membership at Top Floor - at Evans School provides 24/7 access to our workspace. Hourly and day passes, however, are typically limited to regular business hours.
