Whether you need a short-term workspace solution or something more permanent, Tarra has you covered. Meeting Rooms are available by the hour. But you can book Day Passs and Meeting Rooms for an entire day. Additionally, Private Offices can be booked on a monthly basis.

Can I access the space outside of regular office hours?

Tarra operates during regular business hours, as indicated above. For access outside of these hours, please contact the operator directly to inquire about any available options.

Can I change my membership if my needs or the needs of my team change over time?

Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go. It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Tarra, who is more than happy to help out.

The 9+CO campus is a collaborative environment with beautifully designed, light-filled spaces, high-end amenities, FREE garage parking, and a supportive community of entrepreneurs, business owners, executives and professionals.

The TARRA workday is fueled with complimentary coffee and tea, innovative programming and business workshops, plus a variety of spaces to work, focus and collaborate.

There are two distinct spaces to get down to business—a retail-level, open plan work club and a private 2nd-floor office space with 33 offices for teams of 1-5.

At the time of a booking request, a TARRA employee will reach out with more information on how to get into the space.

We are located on the second floor, to get up the elevator, refer to the 4 digit code you were given at the time of booking.

Though I did not choose Tarra as my coworking space, it was my first choice. Only due to distance and the proximity of the location I chose being so much closer to me (and with Denver traffic in the morning unfortunately that is the most important factor so I’m not late for work). Tarra offers incredible service for a reasonable price. Free parking, free drinks, snacks, friendly and helpful front desk that are not trying to hard sell you on contract nor breathing down your neck while you try to get work done. The only drawback was that the music was far too loud. It gave coffee shop vibes, and I could hear it through noise cancelling headphones which was distracting. That being said, I would absolutely recommend Tarra to anyone looking for a comfortable third space to work. I appreciate the tour and hospitality they provided!

I cowork at TARRA while working remote, and it has become one of my favorite places to work. It has a great balance of being calm, welcoming, and actually energizing to be in, which makes a huge difference when you work from home a lot. The space feels intentional without being stuffy, and the people make it even better.

This place rocks. I've been a member for about a year and love it. There are two locations a block away from each other depending on what kinda vibe you're in the mood for (coffee shop vs. office vibes). Staff is super friendly and helpful and have great senses of humor. I've made several acquaintances/friends working here. Good for networking, people are kind, the events are cool. Can't say enough good stuff!
