TARRA is a boutique shared workspace located at the 9+CO neighborhood in Denver, CO.

The 9+CO campus is a collaborative environment with beautifully designed, light-filled spaces, high-end amenities, FREE garage parking, and a supportive community of entrepreneurs, business owners, executives and professionals.

The TARRA workday is fueled with complimentary coffee and tea, innovative programming and business workshops, plus a variety of spaces to work, focus and collaborate.

There are two distinct spaces to get down to business—a retail-level, open plan work club and a private 2nd-floor office space with 33 offices for teams of 1-5.

At the time of a booking request, a TARRA employee will reach out with more information on how to get into the space.

We are located on the second floor, to get up the elevator, refer to the 4 digit code you were given at the time of booking.

I cowork at TARRA while working remote, and it has become one of my favorite places to work. It has a great balance of being calm, welcoming, and actually energizing to be in, which makes a huge difference when you work from home a lot. The space feels intentional without being stuffy, and the people make it even better.

This place rocks. I've been a member for about a year and love it. There are two locations a block away from each other depending on what kinda vibe you're in the mood for (coffee shop vs. office vibes). Staff is super friendly and helpful and have great senses of humor. I've made several acquaintances/friends working here. Good for networking, people are kind, the events are cool. Can't say enough good stuff!

I’ve tried several coworking spaces, but none have the same warmth and inviting atmosphere as TARRA. From the moment you walk in, it feels less like a typical workspace and more like a well appointed living room that is comfortable, welcoming, and genuinely enjoyable to work from. The staff is incredibly caring and clearly dedicated to creating the best possible environment for their members. They go out of their way to make everyone feel welcome and supported. One of the best parts of being here has been the opportunity to network with other members and participate in the monthly events, which are always thoughtfully organized and a great way to connect with the community. The complimentary parking is also a great perk! I would highly recommend purchasing a membership or office at TARRA if you’re looking for a coworking space that truly feels like a community.

  • Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. Schedule a tour here by filling out the form along with the date and time when you would like to visit the space and we’ll see you there.

  • While storage in coworking spaces is generally limited, and mostly reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices, you should always check with the coworking operator about additional storage solutions. Fill out the form on the right side of the page to reach out to them and learn all about the available options.

  • Whether you need a short-term workspace solution or something more permanent, Tarra has you covered. Meeting Rooms are available by the hour. But you can book Day Passs and Meeting Rooms for an entire day. Additionally, Private Offices can be booked on a monthly basis.

  • Tarra operates during regular business hours, as indicated above. For access outside of these hours, please contact the operator directly to inquire about any available options.

  • Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.

    It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Tarra, who is more than happy to help out.
