First of all the new community manager Andrew is phenomenal. He goes above and beyond to be friendly and supportive and help in any way he can. Had Andrew started before we had already signed a new lease it may have been enough for us to stay. With that said Regus as a whole is super frustrating to work with. They nickel and dime you for every small thing - go five minutes over in the conference room? Charged an extra hour, even if the room was available. Free coffee? Nope. You have to swipe your credit card every time. When we were overcharged for something accidentally it took SIX months and dozens of emails to get our refund. So in a nutshell, the local staff is great, corporate is the worst and will squeeze every penny they can out of you.

I like the quiet vibes of this office sharing spot. It’s well cleaned and maintained and I am happy with my office I am renting. Andrew is the Community lead / manager and is communicative and friendly. It’s nice to interact with him. Hopefully we can keep him long term
