Well put together place with a focus on co-working over entrepreneurship. Perfect for the individual needing a third place to work on projects, or remotely.

I thought it was cool. Strange bathrooms. I honestly would give it another try. Feels lkke study hall with no chaperone. Needs a grop of hot substitute teachers walking around.. s obviously appeal high! Aka workers that act as if they are busy. They are just wasting bandwidth.

Signed up for a wait list months ago. Turns out in the fine print of that wait list is a 'when you get in we just start charging you'. I was not notified of anything other than an email (along with a bunch of others from them about all other promotional stuff) and then checked my credit card and turns out they've just been charging me for membership for months ($100/month). I have not been there a single time. Did not even know that I was 'off the waitlist'. To top it off, you cannot 'cancel' a membership through their website anywhere. I have reported fraud to my credit card because they continue to try and charge my card.

Pros: The space is nice, clean, and quiet. You can find parking pretty easily. Coffee is good. Cons: Chairs are uncomfortable and the advertised “dangerously fast internet” is 30mbps up and 10mbps down max. Not great if your work requires sending or receiving large files. Sound proofing on the conference room isn’t great. Overall, if they provided their claimed “dangerously fast” internet it’d be a good value. Two stars because cheeky yet inaccurate ad copy is annoying.

Love this spot! I work remote and have been dreaming of something like Switchyards. WeWork was too pricey for me to pay out of pocket. Coffee shops were hit or miss. So happy to have Switchyards in Denver. Looking forward to more locations opening.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. Reach out here to set up a time to come and see the space.

  • Adaptability is at the core of coworking, so membership options are always designed to cater to your changing work requirements and team dynamics. Most spaces offer month-to-month memberships, enabling you to adjust your workspace to your changing needs. Whether your business is growing or downsizing – or you just want to upgrade to a more private setting – you always have the flexibility to make the changes you need.

While your membership agreement may have specific terms regarding changes, don’t hesitate to reach out to Switchyards to discuss accommodating your adjustments.

  • Coworking spaces typically have limited storage options, most of which are reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices. With that said, it’s best to contact the coworking operator directly via the form on the right side of the page to learn about available storage options.

  • If you’re seeking flexible access, the monthly membership at Switchyards LoHi provides 24/7 access to our workspace. Hourly and day passes, however, are typically limited to regular business hours.

  • For spontaneous collaboration and interaction, open desks provide an open and flexible environment. If you prefer a dedicated space with shared community elements, dedicated desks offer a great balance between personal space and interaction.

On the other hand, private offices are best suited for focused work and private interactions. They're ideal for solo workers as well as teams seeking a dedicated space, shielded from distractions.

Choosing the ideal coworking arrangement for you is about aligning your workspace with your work style, team dynamics, and project requirements.
