Booked Saturday morning for same day. Showed up early, they didn't have my reservation in the system so the sauna wasn't hot. And apparently the wellness smoothie add on is a smoothie they stopped making/carrying months ago. Staff was apologetic, offered to rebook, refund my money and waive the fee for a session the following day. Turned back up the next day. Reservation was in the system but when I entered the sauna it was only 88 degrees. Despite the available details - 30 min session at 120 degrees - the sauna was still only at 106 by the time my session ended. Still waiting for the refund. This place is close to my house and such a wonderful mixed use space but I can't in good conscience recommend the Nurture sauna experience 😕

The food is amazing, not to mention all they have going on upstairs. It’s not common to be able to eat organic and local when you’re eating out and they do such a wonderful job! I love the super food steamer, as well as the cocktails and mocktails. And the chicken dosa with arugula is so yummy!

As soon as you walk in, you can tell the employees here truly care about this café. The music is the first thing that catches your attention. Very minimally invasive, perfect background noise for a solo date or quiet first date. The decor is quaint and cozy making you feel the love the owner put into it. It's exceptionally clean with the staff regularly coming out to ask how you are enjoying the food and drink. Their seasonal pumpkin spice latte is anything but basic. Perfectly steamed milk delicately pours over piping hot espresso. I recommend the hash for food it pairs brilliantly with the lavender mint tea over ice as well as the pumpkin spice latte. Do yourself a favor and give this café a try.
