I've worked in co-working spaces on both sides of the pond over the years, and Indy is by far the best in NYC, London, and Denver. Not only is the space rather expansive and has brand-new furnishings perfect for co-working, it also has stellar views of downtown Denver and the mountains. Though, the best aspect of the space is the receptionist Erica. Not only did she ensure we had a smooth move-in experience from beginning to end, she's beyond kind to all of our employees, and puts in so much effort to give every tenant on the floor theme days and a variety of snacks and beverages. I always joke she's like the Indy co-working mom cause she really cares for everyone she encounters -- she really has a heart of gold.

Incredibly Hostile Front Desk/ Receptionist Staff - If you do not want your guests to be treated with hostility and contempt, do not lease office space here. The receptionist is incredibly hostile and mean to guests. I signed in to meet with someone who invited me there. Because it was taking quite some time, I asked her if she could poke her head in to check on whether or not they received my notification. Her response was in a very cold, hostile tone that if they did not see me check-in then they are in a meeting and that it was not her job to bring guests to the companies that Indy leases office spaces to. It was also not her job to answer my questions. That begs the questions: Why is she sitting at the front desk as a receptionist, when she said assisting me and the company's there is not her job? Why does checking on what may be taking a long time have to be written in the job duties in order for her to respond in a kind, hospitable way? If I was there to inquire about renting an office or if I had been the client of the company I was visiting as opposed to one of their on-call staff, would she have been as hostile? Most likely not. Why is this "okay" by those who hired her? I was also considering renting an office her for my own business because I have been a member of Industrious in the past. I have to say my experience here made it clear that either Industrious's standards dropped significantly when they hired staff for Indy or they just no longer care. A Robot run by AI would be a far better option.

My experience at Indy has been amazing. The mountain and downtown views from the offices are beautiful, and having guaranteed parking gives me real peace of mind. The amenities are unmatched, and the space is always comfortable and convenient. I also want to highlight the floor manager, Erica. She is incredible. Always attentive, detail‑oriented, and genuinely committed to helping everyone in the floor. Her support has made my experience even better.

Indy has been an outstanding place for our office. The environment is professional, welcoming, and always very well maintained. One of the biggest highlights of my experience has been Erica. She consistently goes above and beyond to take care of everyone who walks through the doors. Erica is incredibly professional, attentive, and genuinely kind. She always makes people feel welcomed and valued, and her level of customer service truly stands out. It is clear that she takes great pride in what she does, and it positively reflects on the entire Indy team. We truly appreciate all the support, professionalism, and care she provides every day. Highly recommend Indy to anyone looking for a great office environment with exceptional staff.

I had an absolutely amazing experience with this business from start to finish. The level of professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly stood out. Erica, the staff member I interacted with, was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on making sure I had the best experience possible. Her customer service went above and beyond my expectations — quick responses, clear communication, and a sincere willingness to help made everything smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find a company that treats customers with such care and respect these days...and with such amazing customer service. You can tell she takes pride in what she does. I left feeling valued as a customer and will absolutely be recommending this location to friends and family. If you’re looking for a business that delivers both outstanding service and a great overall experience, Indy by Industries is the place to go!
