Moved into Flex from a 3,000 sq ft warehouse and let me tell you- game changer! Wayyyy more cost effective and much less 'to do' on the list as everything is included. Wifi, media room, conference rooms, electricity, trash. Just from these things alone, I have several hours of my month back each month. Fractional warehoueing really is the move. At our 3k sq ft spacem 600 sq ft were dedicated as a media room which we used 2-3x/month. That's several hundred dollars in overhead for a room that is seldomvy used. Moved to Flex and we have access to the media room 2-3x/mo without the wasted overhead. And the onsite managers are legit! Billy and Sam are great guys and are quick to help solve issues. The antithesis to most commercial landlords/managers I've experienced. They even drove a batch of e-comm shipments to USPS for us during the holidays. When it comes to Flex and the community here- The Dude Abides.
