Rented a 6 month office from them, was overbilled countless times had to be refunded, missed payroll because of them, never shipping out packages that costed me alot of money. AVOID REGUS AT ALL COSTS THERE IS MUCH MUCH MUCH BETTER OPTIONS OUT THERE.

Truly a terrible experience. Constant rotating door for property manager. Unkind and always unknowing about systems, policies, rentals, or general basic questions. They failed to share life and safety messages with our team, claiming they didn’t know how to use the email blast system, leading to us having to reach out the building to get all notifications directly. You’re “not allowed” to put any of your own signage up on the door to the office you rent, but some tenants do without repercussion. Printer on our floor never worked in a year. And for the printer on the other floor, it’s $1 per page - one sided. Which is posted absolutely nowhere. Ice maker was out for months. And molded. Has ice in it now but I really doubt it was cleaned properly before being filled with ice again. Coffee machine was constantly down and you had to pay per cup - the astronomical rent paid apparently doesn’t afford a free cup of coffee. Team constantly left passive and not so passive aggressive messages about putting dishes in dishwashers - even though all the areas around the sink like the counter, coffee machines, and cabinets were absolutely never kept clean. Especially the fridges which was left to the tenants who absolutely do not care about the rotting food and gross nature of the fridges. There was never enough silverware and it is all mis matched and lying on the counter. Found out a YEAR into our lease that we had the full capacity to book and cancel room reservations on our own via the buildings app instead of doing email chains back and forth. The building team showed us how to do it. Regus was literally zero help. No one is maintaining the building on the Regus floor - so there are brown stains coming down the walls, chips and dings in walls, dirty carpet, I could clearly go on. Lastly, parking was constantly down and the price was crazy. For the extremely high monthly price, I would never consider the value to be worth it. Rent anywhere else.

We booked an office space for 3 days- my boss got covid and they told us over the phone and via email we wouldn’t be charged for cancelling. They charged us anyways and when we showed them the emails confirming we wouldn’t be charged they ignored them. Haven’t had a worse experience booking an office space.

Billing is a nightmare. Spaces are nice. The backend is challenging.

The space is perfect for us. We have access to any kind of room (conference, co-working, etc) that we need. The staff is wonderful, always friendly and more than willing to help!

  • Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.

It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Regus, who is more than happy to help out.

  • Open desks may be the ideal choice if you thrive in a collaborative environment and value the opportunity to connect with fellow coworkers. Dedicated desks, on the other hand, provide a designated space with shared community amenities, catering to those who seek a balance between privacy and interaction.

For ultimate focus and private interactions, private offices are best for solo individuals and teams that seek uninterrupted productivity.

Selecting the most suitable workspace for you typically hinges on your work style and preferences, but it can also be determined by the type of work that you do, its duration, and whether you work alone or in a team.

  • At Regus - Denver - Place, Private Offices and Dedicated Desks can be booked on a monthly basis.
