My experience at the Regus office space at 3773 Cherry Creek Drive North has been exceptional. Emily and Christina truly set the tone for what customer care should look like. They’re always attentive, upbeat, and willing to go the extra mile for anything you need. You can tell they genuinely want every client to feel supported and valued. The space itself is spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully organized. Everything runs smoothly, and the environment makes it easy to focus and be productive. From the moment you arrive, you get a sense that this location is managed with real dedication and professionalism. If you’re looking for a workspace where the staff actually cares — and where people like Emily and Christina make every day a little brighter — this Regus location is an excellent choice.

Avoid Signing a Lease Here – Systemic Issues with Internet and Exploiting Small Businesses DO NOT sign a lease with Regus/IWG at this center. As a software development company, we've endured overbilling and unreliable internet services that make the space unusable nearly 50% of working days over the past 22 days. First Unauthorized Overbilling: We've faced substantial unauthorized charges on card forcing us to pay 3 months of rent in advance, a $8,000 charge hit our card in one months. Rather then refunding the money they just said well apply it to the next few charges. This is a huge expense for a small business in one month. Despite disputes, resolutions have been slow and inadequate, violating transparent invoicing standards in the General Terms (Section 4). Unusable Internet for 60+ Days: WiFi outages/lag since early September 2025 have crippled operations—speeds often

I love how updated the space looks as well as how bright the office is. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. My personal office space has a nice layout and love having an office with a window. The secure garage parking is a really nice bonus. My biggest complaint would be that there are no hard lines installed in the offices and we all use the same wifi. I have been experiencing a lot of intermittent wifi issues. There are some days I go in and the Internet works fine for me and then other days the Internet will disconnect me and not allow me to reconnect. This causes a delay in my work day. I would suggest the center either upgrade their Internet or they need to have an additional router to support all the people who use the office spaces. This has been an ongoing problem for many months. Once the Internet issues are fixed I will update this review to 5 stars as that is my only complaint. Update for response: I have put on many tickets and nothing happens. A regus member came over to help me with the Internet issues and I also had my companies IT on the phone. After much digging around, it is confirmed that the reason I experience Internet issues is due to the center having too many people on one modem. So unless the center either upgrades their Internet or separates the space where half the offices are on one modem and the other half on a different modem, I don't believe this issue will be resolved fully.
