  At Centennial Realty Advisors - Catalyst, you can book a Meeting Room for a flexible hourly rate. And for those seeking a long-term solution, Dedicated Desks can be booked on a monthly basis.

• Can I use all the listed amenities no matter which membership I use?

  Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Centennial Realty Advisors.

• Can I access the space outside of regular office hours?

  If you’re seeking flexible access, the monthly membership at Centennial Realty Advisors - Catalyst provides 24/7 access to our workspace. Hourly and day passes, however, are typically limited to regular business hours.
