We have our warehouse and office out of this location. I’ve been happy with the location, service and facility. There were some rocky things in the beginning… but it was a new facility and new management team. They’ve gotten the kinks worked out and I couldn’t be happier with everything! Dana has been a great manager.

Facilities are clean & in a great location. We like the space itself & area. Love that racks are included in spaces. Pricing is reasonable. Convenient parking & loading areas. Amenities are OK, some business essentials/conveniences are missing - not completely ideal for an e-commerce brand that relies on inbound or outbound shipments, for various reasons. Works fine if you just need to store and work out of a space. Lots of communication growing pains. The space is new so we're open to seeing how things might improve. Having come from another warehouse rental space, we're anxious to see if tenant feedback and new ideas will be added to ease the overall experience. Will update this as things go - we are currently only two months in and are open to seeing how things will improve.
