I spent $200+ on 3 copies of a book for myself & friends only to have text printed off of the page (it was with the boundary when I created it), a page of paper that doesn’t belong in the middle, etc. When I reached out for support, it was basically “tough luck we’ll pass it along”. I’ve been ordering for years from AU & am done now. Save your money & use a company with better customer service.

Do not use. Ordered on December 5th with an expected delivery date : Dec 16-18th. It’s now January and still didn’t receive it. What’s worse is that until Christmas Day, they were saying it would be delivered in time. So I had no gift for my parents. It then said it would delivered by the 29th. Then on the 30th, they said it may be lost. Not trustworthy. 200$ for nothing. Use their competitors: MILK or mixbooks, they are way better. Always deliver on time, high quality and similar prices at the end.

Update: After posting this review, a real human did reach out to me via email and they generously offered to pay for the entire cost of the album. However they still did not provide an explanation for the error, and I don't believe it's been fixed after chatting with others who had the same issue. The product was great. The packaging was simple and elegant. So if you are able to checkout, amazing. I would recommend. But 3 stars as it still feels risky. --- 1 Star: I spent 20+ hours designing a wedding album on Artifact Uprising and then wasted 5–6 days trying—and failing—to actually purchase it. I tried multiple cards, spoke with my banks, followed every support suggestion, and still got the same checkout error every time. What makes this worse is the customer service: slow, repetitive replies, no phone number to call, no real workaround, and absolutely no urgency or accountability. They didn’t offer a single concrete solution or even a gesture to make up for the missed anniversary deadline and lost time. The album builder is great, but what does that matter if you can’t actually buy the product? After nearly a week of dead ends, it starts to feel borderline scammy—like they’re happy to take your time but not your payment. I’m moving on to another company, and I’d urge others to think twice before investing their time here.

I used the photo curation and design services for my album. I worked with Alexa Sarduy and she was incredible! She had so much vision and artistry for my album - something that I am very bad at. She worked with all of the suggestions I made for my revisions and was able to bring them to life! She was so responsive and easy to work with! Can't wait for my album to arrive :)
