Very disappointing experience. The front desk/hostess, a short-haired woman, was extremely rude and had a terrible attitude throughout the entire interaction. I was told that my takeout order would only take about 10 minutes, but I ended up waiting for 35 minutes. When I finally asked her if she could give me any explanation for the delay, she simply said, “No,” and told me to leave. I understand that restaurants can get busy and delays happen, but there is absolutely no excuse for treating a customer this way. The lack of communication, professionalism, and basic courtesy was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this place based on the service I received.

We happened upon this place for dinner on our first night in Denver and it did not disappoint! The service was wonderful, and the food was delicious. Highly recommend the fresh focaccia, caesar salad, caccio e pepe, spaghetti, and olive oil cake. We will be back!

From the moment we walked in the door, we felt the comforting warmth of good service. We were given great advice on a parking location. We’d been driving all day. The restaurant is in a busy area, and we almost parked in a no parking zone. No worries…we found another spot a short walk away. We were seated immediately. The service was unpretentious…the only word for it was perfect. The food was amazing. We had Rigatoni alla Vodka, Agnolotti, and the House Focaccia with Prosciutto. All just too good to describe. Perfectly cooked and scrumptious. If only we could come back once a month, we would. We were made to feel so welcome. Thank you Dio Mio!

So good!!! Pastas were awesome. We had the spaghetti and the second pasta, can’t remember the name but amazing. Highly recommend. Service was exceptional, go HERE! You’ll love it
