Switchyards is a neighborhood work club with multiple locations across Denver. They generously gave me a comped membership, but my reviews and opinions are fully my own! The membership costs $100/month and you get access to any of their locations nationwide. They are open 24/7, have free coffee, are well-stocked with outlets and work essentials like call booths and meeting rooms, and have a truly stunning interior. I love coming here to work, it really helps my productivity for a few hours during the work day! The one thing I do wish they had is a content/social media creation room with good lighting to work on videos for my professional social channels.

Welcome to Five Points Switchyards! I got a tip about when spots would go on sale and I’m glad I got in before you sold out. I have a toddler at home and needed this escape. It’s a block away from the house and love how it honors the neighborhood. Honestly I was grappling with not having a quiet place to retreat so this has been a welcome oasis. The stroopwaffles and locally roasted coffee is a nice bonus. I know you’re the first club of this kind but you absolutely crushed it with staff, amenities, ease of access, and ambiance. So thoughtful and beautiful. It takes a lot of work to make it all look so easy and effortless. Cannot wait to check out the other clubs.
Whether you're a day pass holder or a monthly member, you can access most amenities. Meeting rooms do require prior scheduling, and private offices are reserved for those with subscriptions. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to all. Complimentary services are also available regardless of membership tier, while ancillary services can be purchased separately or negotiated with Switchyards.
Adaptability is at the core of coworking, so membership options are always designed to cater to your changing work requirements and team dynamics. Most spaces offer month-to-month memberships, enabling you to adjust your workspace to your changing needs. Whether your business is growing or downsizing – or you just want to upgrade to a more private setting – you always have the flexibility to make the changes you need.
While your membership agreement may have specific terms regarding changes, don’t hesitate to reach out to Switchyards to discuss accommodating your adjustments.
Coworking spaces typically have limited storage options, most of which are reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices. With that said, it’s best to contact the coworking operator directly via the form on the right side of the page to learn about available storage options.
Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. Reach out here to set up a time to come and see the space.
At 3030 North Downing Street, Coworking Memberships can be booked on a monthly basis.
