Very disappointed with how we were treated by an individual who appeared to be in management. We had been at this location for over a year and were never once approached about any concerns. Instead of having a respectful conversation, he confronted us in a loud, hostile, and unprofessional manner in front of the entire office and our students. He repeatedly claimed he had spoken to us before, even though neither of us had ever met him or knew who he was. Regardless of the circumstances, a simple conversation would have gone much further than publicly embarrassing us. We left extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism, respect, and basic courtesy we were shown.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Coworking spaces typically have limited storage options, most of which are reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices. With that said, it’s best to contact the coworking operator directly via the form on the right side of the page to learn about available storage options.

  • The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.

A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.

It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.

  • Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.

It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Park Hill Coworking, who is more than happy to help out.

  • If you’re seeking flexible access, the monthly membership at 2898 Fairfax Street provides 24/7 access to our workspace. Hourly and day passes, however, are typically limited to regular business hours.

  • Whether you're a day pass holder or a monthly member, you can access most amenities. Meeting rooms do require prior scheduling, and private offices are reserved for those with subscriptions. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to all. Complimentary services are also available regardless of membership tier, while ancillary services can be purchased separately or negotiated with Park Hill Coworking.
