When you think of 5-star service, you don't typically think of a fitness center. Then again, Traverse is not "some gym"...it is THE GYM. They have me hooked for life with the way they show up from the workouts, amenities, staff and general obsession around your experience.

Absolutely love this place! I’ve gone off and on for years now. The only reason I take a break ever is because it’s a bit far from my house. The workouts are so great and I love their sauna/cold plunge area. The staff is so friendly as well.
