An awesome property with an even better team! Chris and his employees are top-notch. I could not recommend them any higher.

Overall, I had a good experience living here for the past year. The building itself is really nice, the units are spacious, modern, and well kept, and the amenities were definitely a big highlight. The gym was awesome and much better than most apartment gyms, and the pool area was also a great place to hang out during the summer. One of the biggest positives was Chris in the leasing office. He was always around, always helpful, and clearly carried a lot on his plate. With how much turnover there seemed to be in the leasing office, Chris was the one constant and made a big difference in the experience. He was always willing to help and made things much smoother. That said, there were definitely some negatives. The constant turnover in the leasing office made communication and maintenance requests harder than they should have been, and it felt like there were always new faces trying to catch up. Parking was also way too expensive compared to other apartments nearby—easily $100+ more than comparable buildings. The biggest frustration was renewal pricing. They offered us month-to-month after our lease at nearly double the cost, which made it feel pretty clear they were more focused on bringing in new tenants than retaining current ones. Overall, it was a good apartment for a year and a solid place to live. With newer management and the building still being fairly new, there’s definitely room for growth and improvement.

I was planning to co-sign on an application here, so I was closely involved in the process, and honestly the experience was disappointing. From the start, communication felt inconsistent. We were under the impression a lease would be ready by the end of the week after the tour, but instead there was no follow-up or explanation—just silence and then an automated message. That lack of transparency is frustrating, especially when making a financial commitment as a co-signer. What’s more concerning is that the urgency to respond only seemed to happen after a review was left, which doesn’t build a lot of trust. The property itself is nice on the surface, but there were clear issues during the tour that didn’t align with a “luxury” standard, including a strong marijuana smell in the unit despite a no-smoking policy and visible damage to the entry system. As someone who would be financially tied to this lease, professionalism and communication matter a lot—and unfortunately, this experience didn’t meet that standard.

During my tour, Christian was great friendly, helpful, and made it seem like everything was moving forward. I was told I’d have a lease ready by the end of the week, but instead, something clearly fell through and I received only an automated email with no explanation or follow-up. That lack of communication alone felt dismissive. There were also a few concerning details during the tour itself. The unit I was considering smelled like marijuana, despite the property advertising a no-smoking policy. While this is Denver and not something I’m overly sensitive about, it doesn’t align with the expectations of a “luxury” property. On top of that, the entry system outside had a smashed-in battery panel, which immediately raised concerns about safety and upkeep. It’s frustrating because the property itself is beautiful and the amenities are appealing, but the execution and attention to detail just weren’t there. I didn’t feel like I was treated with much care or professionalism throughout the process. Overall, I’m giving this place 1 star not because it lacks potential, but because the experience didn’t live up to the standard it claims to offer.

I’ve been living here for about 2 years now. And it’s just been an amazing place. The amenities and the staff. Especially Chris in leasing and Sam in Maintenance. If I ever have a problem I can go to them and they try to fix it and make it right immediately. And also really good people. The building art and the views are amazing. Best gym I’ve ever seen anywhere and there’s 2 of them. I just can’t wait until they open the roof to get that panoramic mountain city view. I’m excited
The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.
It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.
Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. Schedule a tour here by filling out the form along with the date and time when you would like to visit the space and we’ll see you there.
At The X Company - 2130 Arapahoe Street, Private Offices and Dedicated Desks can be booked on a monthly basis.
While storage in coworking spaces is generally limited, and mostly reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices, you should always check with the coworking operator about additional storage solutions. Fill out the form on the right side of the page to reach out to them and learn all about the available options.
Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with The X Company, who is more than happy to help out.
