Reviews
Been living here for almost 6 months now and have enjoyed it so far! Huge gym for an apartment complex and has a pool + hot tub. Also in a solid location near bus stops, restaurants, Pacific Mercantile for all Asian goods, and Max Market for any grocery or supplies you might need but don’t want to drive or order online to get. Edgar has fixed all issues in our apartment in a very quick and professional manner and has a great attitude! Really chill guy. Overall, great apartment to live in! Chris is always helpful and greets us kindly along with anyone else who’s at the front desk.
Josie was so helpful in finding me the best apartment for me and helping orchestrate moving day. She walked me through multiple floorplans available and gave me a heads up on where to get the best views. She gave me a few different tours as I was making my decision on the best place for me and was wonderful all throughout! I highly recommend!
Apartment was noise proof which was so important to me. Chris is great!
I’m still giving this building five stars because I believe in judging the building as a whole. One negative experience with one person does not take away from the hard work, professionalism, and excellent service that so many people here provide. First, I want to give a huge shout-out to Chris, who is an excellent manager. He does a great job and genuinely helps make this building feel well-run. I also want to recognize Sam, the maintenance supervisor, for doing an excellent job making sure work orders are handled promptly, efficiently, and with quality. Every time a maintenance request is submitted, it is taken care of quickly and professionally. I also want to give a shout-out to Dell, the security manager, who is amazing at his job. I really appreciate the tremendous work that Chris, Sam, Dell, and the rest of the team put into this building. That is why, overall, this building is still five stars to me. That being said, I do want to be honest about a negative experience. My interactions with Josie have been very disappointing. In my experience, when I have brought up concerns or complaints, I have felt dismissed instead of heard. Rather than helping to de-escalate the situation, listen to the resident, and work toward a resolution, I felt like my concerns were treated as if I was the problem. As someone with autism, I naturally communicate and express myself differently, and I value patience, respect, and inclusivity. Unfortunately, I did not feel that same level of understanding in those interactions. At times, I felt met with a nasty attitude when simply trying to express a concern or share my perspective. That kind of treatment should not be ignored, especially in a residential community where people should feel respected and heard. Overall, I still believe this is an amazing building with many excellent people who work hard every day. I appreciate the team as a whole, and I believe the building deserves five stars. I simply hope that situations like this are addressed properly so the overall resident experience continues to improve.
I don’t know who this gentleman is, but I want to give him his props. He’s a pretty tall guy. Every time there’s an emergency or something going on at the building, he’s always there. I see him talk to residents and Chris and the leasing team a lot. I’ve seen him here early morning walking around the property and even the middle of the night escorting people away from the property. I did see him talking to a lot of residents at the Thanksgiving event, but that was the only social time I’ve seen him around. I’ve even seen him get punched kicking this huge group out and help security put a guy in handcuffs. Not to mention he’s always helping with maintenance stuff. I don’t know who that big guy is, but props to you and all you do. Even if it’s from the shadows. Update...after talking to residents, I learned that his name is Dell like the computer haha. Also learned that he's the one that helps with access for the building. We appreciate you Dell and all that you do!!! Update…Yo Dell!!! Idk if you see these, but I was told you took on maintenance supervisor with Sam as the assistant! That’s dope!!! People have been saying you’ve been getting work orders done and helping make the property better in ways that us residents can’t imagine! A resident said you reached out to them about their AC that was down for months and you got it fixed within two days! I even talked to think Access mode and they said you’re always there helping fix things in the coworking area! Man if there’s anything us residents can do to help you get a raise and show our appreciation, please let me know! You help make this building safe and worth being here!

The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.
It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.

Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with The X Company, who is more than happy to help out.
