No exaggeration, The Process has been *life changing* for me. I feel like I'm finally free! In the past 2 1/2 weeks, I've finished so many things that I've wanted to do but put off for ages, and more importantly, I've been more consistent than I've been in years. AND huge bonus, the ever-present guilt hanging out in the back of my mind is GONE. I cannot overstate how good that feels. One big thing I've finally learned is that I *can* actually do that thing where you work on a project for only a couple hours a day, and before you know it, you're done a week later with zero stress. Of course I'd heard this a thousand times from organized morning people, but I could never seem to make myself do it. Experiencing this for myself is such a relief. The people at The Process rule. They're all creative, working on various projects, and it's so fun and energizing to talk about how it's going. Paul is *excellent* at what he does. He's perceptive and precise and knows how to ask the right questions. He gave me some dead-on advice that I'd never heard before and was so eye-opening. I've learned so much here. And Elisha! He's welcoming, enthusiastic, optimistic, encouraging, and retains information like crazy. And Alex! Alex runs the Writers Blok and creates such warm, cozy, welcome vibes on Tuesday nights. Thank you so much to everyone at The Process for this month!

If you're thinking about joining, know that your loyalty here has no weight. You can be removed overnight with no warning. I was an unlimited member here for eight months—no late payments, no issues ever communicated to me. Then I received a bulk email giving me one day's notice that my access was being terminated (see attached photos). No conversation, no warning, no explanation specific to me. Just an abrupt removal after nearly a year of loyalty; just a complete disregard for the members who built their work lives around this space. The owner, Paul Shirley, talks extensively about community and human connection. But when it came time to part ways with loyal members, there was no respect nor compassion shown, let alone any reasonable notice. The contradiction speaks for itself. What real community is ever built without respect, compassion, trust, and support? If you're considering joining, the space itself may suit you. Just know that your membership can be ended with one day's notice and no personal regard for the disruption it causes.

The process is unlike any other co-working space I've tried. It's structured, it's social, and when you're done working, they give you treats! I always leave in a good mood because I've gotten so much done and I've interacted with other beings besides my cat.

The Process is like buried treasure — absolutely priceless, and I’m SO glad I found it! In less than a month, the people and structures here have helped me find more focus and progress towards my goals than I’ve ever achieved on my own as a freelance — and everyone is so damn cool! 🤣❤️
