5 stars for Charisma at Gravity Haus Breckenridge! She was incredibly helpful from the moment we arrived and went above and beyond to help us get a room and make sure we were taken care of. She was friendly, welcoming, and made the entire process easy. After a long day, having someone at the front desk who genuinely wanted to help made a huge difference. Excellent service and a great first impression of Gravity Haus. Thank you, Charisma!

I paid extra for a room and I got a room where one window was completely taken up by a HVAC equipment. The other window was too basically. I basically upgraded to a room that felt with a basement room with no windows. If I hadn’t paid extra and got the cheapest room possible I could understand it . I still wouldn’t have been happy but I would have figured you get what you pay for. I was very unhappy. The hotel was booked on the second night which made switching impossible. There also was no dresser but that was minor.

Maxine was awesome but they did not have monkey 47 gin (they use to). Takes a star away. I did get grey whale which is good but the complexity of 47 is amazing.

This hotel has fees for literally everything. Valet parking only - add $45-50, pet fee add another $50. Resort fees more $$$, I think we drank one bottled water in the room and were also charged for that. Isn’t water normally complimentary? Additionally there was no anti slip mat in the shower which was extremely slippery so had to use the towel mat - then had no mat to stand on afterwards. Lastly the room felt cramped with the small sofa that was lodged between the bed and tv/living room making moving around feel awkward. We ended up just moving it off to the side to free up some space. The fitness center looked awesome but we didn’t use it. The hot tubs in the onsen area were a welcome amenity but none of them were fully working. The jets were weak or did not work at all. One hot tub was completely out of commission. The sauna was nice but definitely not as hot as other traditional saunas. Probably wouldn’t stay here again, and this was the off season. Overall, just OK.

Ski resort... bit of a hike to some downtown areas if you're a walker. Plenty of shuttles but more of a winter spot.
