Phenomenal spacing for the room, we checked in and our room was next to the river so calming and refreshing to hear at night. Also being centered next to the downtown main area was amazing. great coffee and snacks offered by the bar and you cant fprget about the aluminum souvenir cup with you purchase of coffee.

I was floored by how sound traveled through the door and walls of our room. We could hear every word from other guests in the hallway and in the room next to us, which was incredibly disturbing considering I booked this as a "luxury" experience. This gave the feel of a hostel environment rather than a luxury hotel. Additionally, when a guest in the room above us would walk around their room, I was physically bouncing on our bed from the vibration. I have NEVER experienced anything like this at any hotel I've stayed at before. I was shocked that our mattress felt as though it were filled with springs, so my husband and I slept horribly. All in all, I am incredibly disappointed that I booked Gravity Haus to celebrate our wedding anniversary. I noted in my booking that it was our anniversary and would appreciate any special touches. There were no efforts made on this front. Even a simple note or mention from the staff at check in would have been appreciated. Additionally, with only one person staffing the front desk, I did not feel welcomed to the property. She was clearly frazzled and all but shoved the room key at me so she could continue her work as the valet. Not the experience I paid for when booking Gravity Haus. This stay was underwhelming and disappointing on virtually all fronts. One aspect we did enjoy was the hot tub area and well stocked gym.

Be sure before booking your trip to stay in Denver. No one alerted me about how life threatening altitude sickness can become. Had to descend because of it. Gravity haus refused to refund me for my 2 nights even though hotel employees mentioned it was a possibility. The manager is elusive and was seemingly too busy to return the call to me himself to discuss it after I reached out multiple times. Not very accommodating in an area where this is apparently a frequent thing, you would hope that maybe they would have been... maybe I should have risked my life for the moneys worth. Hotel is extremely overpriced for the size and amenities, many "fees" charged when you arrive. Do your research and consider an air bnb. Room smelled musty, shower wasn’t cleanly. The business has removed this review once so this is my second time posting it.

Very laid back, pet friendly, self proclaimed environmentally friendly place to stay. My room was clean, homey, and smelled good.i attended happy hour at their bar - both the food and drink were just ok.
