The new management is terrible. I have rented office space at this location twice (for six months in 2023 and again recently). The building is under new corporate management, and it is terrible. They charge an over-abundance of fees then take months to refund your retainer when you move out. Such a disappointment. It used to be a pretty great place.

Vile company. I have an office an Utah. They consistently breach contract over a period of 7 months, and refuse to end your contract even though they breached repeatedly. The managers in the area, Kara and Koby, are the most dishonest and scummy humans you could come across. They lie through their teeth and pretend to want to help, but do absolutely 0 to help. Do yourself a favor and don't come near this company.

I referred a customer, using their promo: 'Refer them today and receive a $500 AMEX Card". Eventually after many emails they give me $310 telling me it was taxed, but won't produce documentation. I think they just pocketed my $190. This is just one example of their screwed up accounting staff/system. Local staff was great, working with the corporate folks is a joke.

My brokerage, eXp Realty provides access to Regus across the nation and I visited this office recently while on holiday from Las Vegas. The office is well equiped and stylish. I will come again.
