Absolutely wonderful ambiance, atmosphere, and team! You are missing out if you are not at the highland club. They go above and beyond and understand what it means to be hospitable. 10 stars if we could.
I was drawn to HCC by its charm, history, and thoughtful energy. One of the great joys of my experience has been helping care for the nearly 50-year-old gardens, they are curated, seasonal, and endlessly inspiring. It’s truly a high point in my gardening career to be surrounded by such beauty every day. And Chef Tim! Hands down, one of the top chefs in Boulder. The staff is kind, and the whole space just feels good. You can’t underestimate the power of ambiance and here, it’s everything. Highland is a place of connection, creativity, and quiet magic. I'm so grateful to be part of it.
