The on-site manager, Noelani is by far the most unprofessional and disrespectful manager I have ever encountered. • She works with strong personal emotions rather than professionalism, and she frequently brings her anger directly into the workplace. • She never knocks before entering units, showing zero respect for boundaries. • She treats people unequally — speaking softly and politely to men, while being rude, harsh, and confrontational toward women. • She constantly interrupts conversations, shouting and talks over others, and refuses to listen, creating unnecessary conflict instead of solving problems. • Her behavior creates extreme psychological pressure on others, leaving tenants feeling bullied, stressed, and disrespected on a daily basis. If CubeWork does not take action to replace this manager, I strongly recommend that you do NOT rent at this location. Noelani will only cause you unnecessary trouble, stress, and financial losses.

We lease space in the Aurora facility and have been quite satisfied with the service. Pricing is competitive and the space is quite large. The facility is easy for us to get to and it satisfies our needs at present. Deliveries have been hassle free with the numerous large loading docks. We are thrilled that adding more space in the future in the future will be easy thanks to the flexible design of the units.
