I visited multiple Regus locations before making a decision and this was the last one & the best one by far. Orlando is knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The place is clean, looks sharp & professional. Don’t waste your time going anywhere else.

As a practicing psychologist I have been renting an office in Regus' Iliff location since November and have been more than satisfied with my experience thus far. The shared spaces and private offices are clean and well maintained and the staff (shout out to Orlando) and fellow tenants are all around nice, lovely people. I appreciate how accessible and welcoming the space is for my clients who are from diverse backgrounds including those with physical and/or cognitive limitations. The suite and building have all the perks and professionalism of a corporate office without the stuffy corporate American vibes :)

I would highly recommend against becoming a tenant with Regus at the Iliff location or for any of their other properties. They are very slow to respond to problems, the parking situation is a mess, the billing processes are opaque, aggressive, and imprecise, and they will charge you for anything and everything. In addition, there are lots of exterior problems particularly with homelessness in the immediate vicinity that trickle on to the property.

Do not rent from Regus. They do not care about anything but getting your money.... I’ve been a Regus client for years, starting in Indiana and later moving my business to Colorado. When I transferred from IN to CO, Regus tried to charge me 10 months of rent in Indiana, even though their salesperson promised moving from one Regus office to another would be seamless. It took endless back and forth just to correct what was clearly their mistake.... I’ve had ongoing issues getting access to my business mail during normal business hours in CO. They advertise being open 8-5:30 to pick up mail, but half the time nobody is in the office for us to get our mail. When I raised this issue, the local team and area manager gave me templated excuses and claimed it was all within policy, even though their own House Rules say customers must have access during normal business hours with no mention of lunch closures and random closures during normal hours. They eventually agreed to forward my mail after admitting to the mistake, and the problem continued. Now that I brought the issue back up, they are ignoring the problem and trying to make us pay the remainder of the lease.... Regus does not care about clients and the customer support is really bad. I would not give this company any money and would find another option for the services they offer.
