Ramon, the site manager, had reached out to us and provided us with all the info about the West Sacramento location and we were interested. We toured the site and submitted our application which was a very streamlined process. Our warehousing space has proven to be very beneficial and convenient for us, a growing business. It allows us to focus on revenue driving tasks rather than property management issues and this is where they shine. Ramon takes care of any issues going on at the site and handles them fast! A dock door is broken? Handled. Any issues with the site? Handled. Amenities like Wi-Fi, receiving packages or a client showing up outside of our hours? Handled.
