I'm so glad we chose this location to set up our LA warehouse. In less than three months, we upgraded our space three times. The price was also acceptable. Lease terms started at just three months. All of this made it a perfect fit for our startup in the US. Of course, there were many problems: packages were easily lost during receiving (all tenants' goods were stored together), valuable returned items were simply lost, and security monitoring was difficult to check. These are problems, and I can only say that no one is perfect. I hope they can do better, but for small warehouse users, it's definitely a great option! Update: Everything changed when we had to move because the warehouse size wasn't enough. We had deposited about $70,000 (approximately 6 months' rent) as a security deposit, and Cubework was extremely unhelpful in processing our refund after we moved out. They rarely replied to emails (and were very slow), and the refund process was lengthy. Today is July 1st, and I will continue to update you. If this is a company that doesn't understand the importance of refund funds, then I have no reason to recommend them. After all, the safety of funds and the safety of goods are paramount.

The location is great, and they treat you well before you rent. But if your truck or trailer park in the dock, you'll be fined. If you park in the wrong spot, you'll be fined. If you park in the wrong place, you'll be responsible for the towing fee. If you want to repair your any vehicle here,you'll be fined.Cops looking here every time. Anyway, there are all kinds of weird things going on here. It's up to you. I don't recommend it.any reasons you'll be fined.good luck

Check out Readyspaces! Cubeworks price is extremely high, total chaos and confusion with other tenants.They require a 30 day notice to vacate which is normal yet 30-45 days to return the $5k deposit required? Readyspaces are half the price, better security and more professional look for a business. They also return deposits the same week you vacate! ($500 security deposit vs Cubeworks $5,000). It’s a no brainer.
