I offer a single star because the people behind the desk are nice, but this is a strict corporation with zero humanity outside of the help desk you’ll interact with, and I don’t recommend anyone do business with them. If you work for Regus and have any ability to refund me the money you’ve overcharged me, please contact me! They’ve overcharged me multiple times and instead of repaying me, they just use that credit to pay for future lease payments without my consent. I’m owed hundreds of dollars at this point with no direct contact with anyone who has the power to do anything. It’s insulated communication where the secretary sends a request to higher ups and weeks/ months go by where nothing happens. They also increase prices without saying anything because the contract says prices are subject to change. Insanity. I’m not the average adult who is proper adulting, I’m a guy trying to build some momentum in his life, and mistakenly being over-charged hundreds of dollars is quite sincerely a gut punch. Sad, but honest. These guys are not it. Lame.

Go find another place for $1500—do not rent an office here. Every two weeks, they send you a false statement that you never agreed to, and they will automatically renew your contract without your permission. They don’t even deserve a one star

As a current tenant, my experience with this Regus location has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. If you’re considering an office here, read every detail carefully—preferably with a lawyer before signing anything. Otherwise, you may find yourself locked into an unfair contract with skyrocketing costs. Proceed with extreme caution.

. I would not trust anything said in their meetings. As a current resident, I’m counting down the days until my contract ends. I strongly recommend staying away from Regus, especially this location. The sales team lacks transparency and honesty, which has made my experience frustrating.
