This review is late, but very well deserved. I don't even know where to begin. Michael went above and beyond when selling my home. My home went into escrow two weeks after putting it on the market. And then came the problems. My home was built in the 1970's, so of course, there would be problems, and they decided to happen while I was selling my home. Michael was so patient with me, he answered all of my questions (and I had a ton), he reassured me, kept me aware of EVERYTHING that was going on, and just made me feel seen and heard. I could not recommend him enough for anyone selling their home. I don't think that if I went with another realtor, I would have had the success that we had in selling my home. I won't go into tremendous detail, but the way that Michael stepped in and made some hard decisions for the best outcome was truly amazing. When I decide to buy another property, I will definitely reach out to him again. He is simply the best.
