The communication is terrible, had to repeat the date of birth multiple times to operator. They’ve never reached me out for my appointment. I told them multiple times my phone number and somehow still got it wrong 😑. The operator sounds professional still don’t get how they can’t communicate well. The schedules for appointments are far way to off. Every time I call they never answer at all. Please do better with services.
