I regret not doing a tour sooner when I started my company. This place is truly all I need to run my e-commerce business. Saltbox Torrance has created such a thoughtful space for small business owners. From the private offices to the shared packing areas and photography studio, everything is designed to make running an online business easier and more efficient. As the founder of a small e-commerce brand, having access to a clean, organized workspace where I can pack orders, create content, and focus on growing the business has made a huge difference. The community here is also incredibly supportive, and the team has been welcoming and helpful. Shout out to Trina, Gianni, and the whole Torrance team for creating such a great environment for entrepreneurs. If you’re building an e-commerce business and feel stuck working from home, I highly recommend touring Saltbox. I only wish I had discovered it earlier.

If you’re a small business looking for a supportive warehouse partner, avoid Saltbox Warehousing at all costs. My experience has been the exact opposite of what they market themselves as. First, the costs are outrageous. Saltbox is easily double the price of other warehouse options, and they justify it by saying you can hire their staff. In reality, that means paying around $45 per hour for temporary workers who are often slow and unfamiliar with your operation. You end up paying premium rates for inefficient labor. Second, the relationship is incredibly cold and transactional. There is absolutely no sense that they value or support small businesses. Every tiny thing they possibly can charge you for, they will. There’s zero goodwill or flexibility, even if you’ve been a loyal customer. Management doesn’t help either. The manager, Chelsea Aguila is one of the most fake people I’ve ever met. Interactions feel performative rather than genuinely helpful, which only adds to the feeling that customers are just revenue streams rather than partners. Even basic facility issues don’t seem to get handled properly. Recently the toilets were out of service, and the overall environment reflected a place where **staff don’t seem particularly motivated or happy. If you want a cold, nickel-and-dime business relationship where you’re charged at every possible opportunity, then Saltbox might be for you. But if you’re a small business that needs a warehouse partner who actually works with you, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Personally, I’d recommend 'FlexEtc' instead. They’re far more reasonable on price, easier to work with, and overall a much better experience. Saltbox might look appealing on the surface, but in practice it’s an expensive, inflexible operation that doesn’t seem interested in supporting the small businesses it claims to serve.

Don't bother. No parking. All reserved. Sucks for semi trucks. All docks constantly occupied. Management never answer there phones. Went for an appointment, manager/leasing agent no show. Calls after we are 30+ minutes asking if we are still in the area and if we are still interested.

Great for your business. Spacious common work areas, well-furnished, a photography room, soundproof booth, merchandise reception, meeting room, Wi-Fi, and a photocopier. Offices. A building designed to develop your business.

Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Saltbox, Inc., who is more than happy to help out.
Saltbox, Inc - Saltbox - Los Angeles Torrance has a 24/7 availability that comes with a monthly membership. Hourly and day passes usually only allow for access during regular business hours.
Open desks may be the ideal choice if you thrive in a collaborative environment and value the opportunity to connect with fellow coworkers. Dedicated desks, on the other hand, provide a designated space with shared community amenities, catering to those who seek a balance between privacy and interaction.
For ultimate focus and private interactions, private offices are best for solo individuals and teams that seek uninterrupted productivity.
Selecting the most suitable workspace for you typically hinges on your work style and preferences, but it can also be determined by the type of work that you do, its duration, and whether you work alone or in a team.
