I had an appointment scheduled before 9 am today, and this office was completely filthy, with a foul, stagnant smell that had been there for several days. We're sure someone is sleeping and living there. I've attached pictures of the mess. We couldn't have the appointment because we didn't have access to the Wi-Fi. This business is poorly managed.

Had a very hard time finding this place. They should write instructions on the deskpass profile and write that's it's not visible from the street. Place itself is dark, not a lot of sunlight and not very comfortable

Love this place, great to get some work done rent it for a day, a week or a whole year!

Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. Reach out here to set up a time to come and see the space.
Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with OFIS.
