Cubework Torrance is an excellent location for our business as it is strategically located in the middle of the Long Beach port and airport terminal. The building and surrounding area is always clean. The building manager is also helpful when we need assistance on any issues at the unit that we are renting

It's been a year and a half since we moved in this office location is very good, the surrounding environment is very nice and it's very quite. All office staff are satisfied and this is good place for business.

Cubework Torrance is an excellent space located centrally & near the 405 & the 110 - easy access to freeways, in a very clean neighborhood full of commerce. The building has a mail room for receiving from all carriers which makes leasing space here very convenient for a business like mine where we are not always on site every day. The facility is kept incredibly clean & is generally quiet with a great group of tenants. Parking is ample, clean & safe. Common/shared meeting areas are available as well as a kitchenette. It's a perfect spot for our business.
