Recently, I transferred to a new office due to increase in fees and despite only being there for 5 months and paying on time I was charged a restoration fee without a notice of what needed to be restored. I never hung anything nor did I alter anything in the office. I cleaned and left everything as it was given to me. I am disappointed in their actions and unwillingness to work with me. My lease was for 6 months and I moved out a month in advance gave back the keys paid for the 6th month without any issues and despite that I was informed that there was nothing they could do regarding the restoration fee.

Horrible experience. I transferred from one Regus location to another, and they still charged me a retainer fee. After I complained for about a month, they finally admitted it was their mistake and refunded it. They then asked whether I wanted the refund back or applied to my next payment. I told them to apply it to the next payment, and they said they would take care of it. The next payment came, and of course, they never did. I was charged again. It gets worse. They sold me a co-working space for $360, but when I went to check it out, I was told I could not talk too loudly because they might get complaints. That makes absolutely no sense for a co-working space. I run a business and talk to clients. What is the point of paying for workspace if you are expected to sit there in silence? Because of that, I never used that location. I never worked there, never sat there, never used the space. Yet they still had the nerve to charge me $45 a month for unlimited coffee and tea, even though they knew I was never there. And to make matters worse, when it came time to cancel or opt out of renewal, the email link they sent did not even work. It just kept loading and said it could not help at that time. This was a terrible experience from start to finish. Between the billing mistakes, empty promises, unusable workspace, and charges for services I never used, it felt like this place was only focused on taking people’s money. If you actually need a real workspace where you can conduct business, I would stay away from this location.
