⭐ 1/5 — Extremely Disorganized and a Complete Waste of My Time I have now driven TWO HOURS each way to Village Cowork on TWO separate occasions because of incorrect and conflicting information I was given by their staff. That’s approximately eight hours of driving just trying to become a paying member of a coworking space. I’ve used coworking spaces for years, and I have never experienced this much difficulty simply trying to sign up. What makes this even more frustrating is the “well, I’m new” attitude I received when I questioned the misinformation. Being new to this particular office is not an excuse. She is a real estate agent and is not new to conducting business or communicating professionally with customers. I also have a black-and-white document that directly contradicts the information she has been giving me. Mistakes happen. What matters is how a business handles them. I asked TWICE to speak with the owner so we could resolve the situation, and the owner has seemed to refuse to call me. At this point, I’ve spent approximately eight hours driving, wasted my time and money, and dealt with an unnecessarily disorganized process—all while I was actively trying to give this business my money. The irony is that the misinformation and refusal to address the problem aren’t just costing me time and money; they’re costing the owner business. Signing up for a coworking space should not be this difficult. This has easily been the worst experience I’ve had with a coworking space.
