Update three months later: not only the same man's car is there, looks like people washing their cars on weekends with buckets and music Quiet for business during weekdays but on weekends there is a man (employee or homeless not sure why they spend the night there) and his partner and dog likes to listen to Mexican music doing barbecues on the patio fence area in the parking lot.
