Office Space Anytime Simi Valley is the perfect place to get work done in a clean, modern, and professional environment. Exactly what I was looking for! The manager Trina is very pleasant to work with and is always willing to help.

Office Space Anytime in Simi Valley is well-maintained has a welcoming atmosphere, has a modern well designed comfortable layout all on one level that supports collaboration and productivity. Included amenities, such as the conference room and break room with coffee/ tea service are great. Management is professional and promptly attends to our needs.

I had a wonderful experience while renting an office space at OSA Simi Valley!! Trina was amazing, incredibly kind and professional. She made the overall experience smooth and seamless. The office building was also beautifully decorated and very modern. I will absolutely be back to rent a space the next time I have a big project at work!!

I have rented a plethora of spaces in my time and have never had a more unprofessional experience than with OFA Simi Valley. I reached out to Trina and after some back in forth on pricing she increased her INTIAL offer and said it was no longer valid. Please keep in mind the communication was lack luster unless I initiated it. When I finally agreed to the final offer with OFA's standardized terms, Trina responds to me saying that they declined my offer and thanks for looking at our facility. Throughout this process Trina spoke to me as though I was already approved and was simply just figuring out the terms in which we would agree to. She then does a complete 180 and declines me via email when all of our communication prior was through call. I would like to provide some context for this review. I have never EVER left a negative feedback to any facility but this one I felt was more than justified. I had ever credential to qualify for this lease including: proof of funds, rental history, 750+ credit score and even offered to give multiple months of rent up front. I was practically begging for them to take my money. And in return I felt Trina unfairly profiled me as I high risk tenant, didn't promptly respond to me and said multiple contradictory statements that either showed her being dishonest or being uninformed on the companies offerings. If this is the experience I had prior to renting from them I couldn't even imagine being a tenant with any sort of issue. Please be mindful when looking into them and be aware of this sort of behavior.
