coLAB is a locally owned coworking space in the heart of downtown Santa Rosa, designed to support entrepreneurs, remote workers, creatives, and small teams. We offer flexible workspaces, private offices, meeting rooms, and a strong sense of community for people who want to do their best work in a vibrant, inspiring environment.

Whether you're here for a day or every day, you’ll find fast Wi-Fi, locally roasted coffee, professional amenities, and a friendly team ready to help you succeed. We host regular events, workshops, and socials to help our members connect, collaborate, and grow.

Our front doors remain locked during business hours for member security. When you arrive, please knock on the door with the large coLAB logo, it’s directly in front of where you walked into the lobby. A team member will greet you and get you set up for the day.

If you’d like app-based door access during your visit, just let us know and we’ll walk you through the setup!

This place is perfect. Lots of different environments. Big and open spaces, semi private spaces, and very private spaces. Clean and bright and respectful. 100% solid WiFi. Great open kitchen. Easy parking.

This co-working lab is best of class in my opinion. There are a wide variety of workspaces, each with a different feel or environment. A positive mental attitude diffuses the space. Office equipment of all types is offered on a as needed basis. The management provides weekly get-togethers for members to get to know one another better. There is free parking in the lot next door. Give me located in downtown Santa Rosa a wide variety of amenities and services is within walking distance.

A little over a year ago, I was looking for a place where I could develop my business and offer my clients a comfortable and professional environment. Then I found Colab, and it has been one of the best decisions I've made for my company. Since beginning my journey with Colab, I've seen my business grow significantly. I started with a Collaborative Membership, then moved to a personal office, and now I have a two-person office. This growth is largely thanks to the incredible environment Colab offers. My clients always comment on how beautiful and welcoming the space is, which creates a positive impression at every meeting. Colab is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including meeting rooms with screens, whiteboards, and a dedicated room for video calls. There are also phone booths and flexible spaces for meetings or training sessions, which can accommodate from 8 to 125 people.
