This place has truly been a blessing to our business. From the very beginning, they welcomed us with open arms and believed in what we were building, long before anyone else did. Because of their support, kindness, and encouragement, we were able to get started and grow into the company we are today. The team here is absolutely amazing and always available whenever we need anything — big or small. Debbie, Fred, Chance, and Sue have been incredibly supportive every step of the way. Their professionalism, compassion, and genuine care not only make our work easier, but they also create a warm and welcoming environment for our clients who come in during some of their most emotional moments. The facility is always clean, the conference room, kitchen and meeting room are such an extra bonus for our business. I also appreciate all of the events they host for all of the tenants to network. 360 has to have the most diverse entrepreneurs around. We are so grateful to be here and truly feel like we are part of a family, not just tenants. Thank you for your support, your kindness, and for helping us create a space where our clients feel respected, cared for, and welcomed.

Santa Clarita Pet Cremations is truly exceptional. As one of our suite tenants, we've had the privilege of seeing firsthand the compassion, integrity, and heartfelt care they bring to every family they serve. This husband-and-wife team handles one of life's most difficult moments with extraordinary kindness. They take a sad and emotional situation and turn it into something comforting, respectful, and deeply meaningful. Their dedication to their customers and the love they show for every beloved pet is genuine and inspiring. We're grateful to have them in our community and couldn't recommend them more highly.

We just moved into one of the suites about 2 months ago and love it here!! Clean and everyone here is very nice and respectful. Sue the office manager is the best!!! Always friendly and helpful. So glad we moved our office here!

I'm a happy tenant for 360 Suites and can only say good things of Fred, Sue and the rest of the team. Wifi is great, place is always clean and neat, wonderful facilities (including meeting rooms) for any office need. Have been a client since 2019 and not looking anywhere else!
