@sevda @ArashAhangarnejad excuse me, but neither one of you know what you’re talking about. You guys are very rude. You have no right to just say allegations about people that you don’t know for your information. They’re the maintenance people for that whole entire building so whatever issues you’re having with HQ has nothing to do with them so you shouldn’t be taking it out on them and if they’re in anybody’s office it’s because they were asked to go in there and fix something. They’ve been the maintenance people here for years. Ask anybody around here they’re the nicest people and they’re very helpful so that is very rude for you and your husband both to sit there and accuse people of something especially people that you don’t know and accuse them of allegations that aren’t true. It sounds like you’re being discriminated and maybe you guys are the ones on drugs if you think everybody’s following you. Just because people are in their work clothes doing hard work all day doesn’t mean they’re creepy. You don’t know what they do or how they dress in their spare time and it shouldn’t be judgmental.

Avoid this place at all costs! Management is extremely unprofessional. She has been telling my wife for months that they would increase the rent, even though it’s only been 5 months. Now, on December 18th, they expect her to move out by December 31st, right in the holiday season when finding a new office is extremely difficult. If she doesn’t leave, the rent jumps from $570 to $1,225, effectively charging double, and they gave only 10 days’ notice, which is illegal. We are considering suing this company. They constantly ask about her business, and after noticing she was getting clients, they gave this sudden, huge rent increase. There is also an addicted couple living there, doing creepy things, smoking, and using drugs, and strangers have entered her office. Management does nothing. This place is not worth a single penny. Avoid it entirely!

Serious safety concerns: Creepy couples appear to be living inside this office, smoking and doing drugs, you can even smell marijuana in the office, especially on weekends and management does not care. One of them followed me into my office early in the morning, frightening both me and my client. Additionally, someone from management entered tenants’ rooms uninvited, and my coworker even had to submit a police report because of this behavior. After talking with other coworkers, I learned that similar incidents happened to them as well. Management stated these people “work there,” yet could not explain why tenants are being followed or rooms visited. This environment is completely unprofessional and unsafe. Unexpected rent increases and unclear charges: When I first rented the office, I was told that only one deposit was required. After three months, I discovered that two retainers had been charged, with no explanation. I paid $570 for four months, and then unexpectedly received an email stating my rent would increase to $1,225, which is completely unreasonable given the condition of the office. Poor building condition: The rooms are very old and poorly maintained. You can hear conversations from other offices, which is very disturbing. During rainy days, water leaks from the ceiling. For the price they are charging, I have found much larger, newer, and far more professional offices elsewhere. I will never rent here again and strongly advise others to avoid this building entirely.

Great location to get every day work done. The offices are clean and the employees are helpful and friendly. It's easy to reserve a space at the facility. Highly recommend!
