Don't make the same mistake I did. I signed up for a 12 month virtual address while in the process of starting a new business, thinking I was locking in lower overall rental costs. I should have researched Regus more by reading their BBB reviews and the fine print more closely. After a last minute plan change, I canceled my subscription within 13 hours of signing up, however, they do not let you terminate your rental early, only turn off auto-renew. I am now paying roughly $150 per month for 12 months for a virtual address I don't use. My fault, I know. Let this be a warning to do your research on their options before locking your self into a contract you do not want to be in. BBB reports show endless accounts of customers being locked into contracts they can't get out of, rates being raised without recourse, auto renewall automatically applied, random fees being applied, 4 month cancellation notice on a 12 month contract (you miss it, too bad), absent customer service to do anything about anything (they referred me to their new website chatbot - Aurora), etc. Not sure how all of there Google reviews contradict their BBB ones. Whether or not their business practice is unethical/predatory doesn't matter because it is legally binding. Im sure this place is great for some, but is severely misleading for others.

WARNING: They Will Not Return My Retainer! It's been over three (3) months since I left the Sausalito Office and they have not yet released my retainer. I keep getting the runaround. I paid on-time for five (5) straight years. Reddit, LinkedIn, etc. all have pages that are dedicated to this exact issue so it appears to be company wide.

TRIGGER WARNING: harassment I was physically harassed here on my second day after I paid in full for a month. I brought this to the attention of the sales team and to the regional manager immediately and privately and I suggested a refund so I could work elsewhere. My requests were refused completely and zero effort was made to make things right or to increase my comfort or to adjust my payment. This was 2 months ago. I recommend bringing your business elsewhere.

We have appreciated the service and convenience of having 4040 Civic Center Drive serve as our company office. Regus staff has always been professional and the office facilities are new, clean and very nice. The conference room is large and comfortable with the necessary technology.
