The bathrooms have reeked of human waste smell for probably the last 6 months or more, sometimes going multiple weeks where urinals or toilets were clogged/overflowing with excrement or bodily fluids, until finally the bathrooms have gone out of order on three out of the four floors this last week. It gets a second star for the location, but it’s absolutely ridiculous how badly this office building is run.

Nice clean office spaces and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Parking is easy and there is a parking garage close by. Definitely recommend!

Doors are locked and front desk person away so I couldn't get in to check in for my day office rental. Once I did get in I was told the office door locks whenever you leave but there is no key so I would have to go from the 3rd floor back to the main floor and find a front desk person and have them walk me back to the office to unlock it every time I walked out of the room. I ended up leaving and finding a more professional place

Nice space but totally amateur setup. Broken websites; if you don't rent an office you have to knock and have someone open the door for you each time and that's for $140/month! No wonder it's usually empty
