To be frank, there isn't much traffic here, so it's not an ideal location for a business.

Very nice facilities, well-kept, and very welcoming. Staff, especially Irene, are always helpful and attentive to any questions asked or issues that arise.

I’ve recently had the opportunity to rent a workspace here at San Marino Coworking and although I haven’t been here long, it has been nothing short of a great experience. From the moment I walked in for a tour, Wendy has been nothing short of incredible! She has helped me every step of the way and has been just a text away for any questions I had. The space itself is clean, well-maintained and great for a quiet place to work. I look forward to continuing my membership here.

I'll be honest. I was a little hesitant when I first downsized into a private office here after being in a much bigger space. Wasn't sure the vibe would work for me. Turns out I was wrong. It's been over a year and I genuinely look forward to coming in. Parking right out front, a building that's always clean and quiet, and a team that actually shows up. Irene and Wendy know every tenant by name and they take care of things without you having to follow up. That's rare. Warm place, good energy. Glad I found it.

I live in San Gabriel and work in a shared office in San Marino. My child attends nearby Huntington Middle School, making it very convenient for drop-off and pick-up. The environment is beautiful, the office is quiet and comfortable, the other tenants are very friendly, and the staff is very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for office space nearby!

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Most coworking space amenities are open to all members, regardless of the membership plan. Meeting rooms require prior reservation, and private offices are exclusively available to those with subscription packages. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to everyone. Complimentary amenities are also available to all, while ancillary services can be purchased or negotiated individually with San Marino Coworking Spaces.

  • Coworking spaces typically have limited storage options, most of which are reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices. With that said, it’s best to contact the coworking operator directly via the form on the right side of the page to learn about available storage options.

  • Adaptability is at the core of coworking, so membership options are always designed to cater to your changing work requirements and team dynamics. Most spaces offer month-to-month memberships, enabling you to adjust your workspace to your changing needs. Whether your business is growing or downsizing – or you just want to upgrade to a more private setting – you always have the flexibility to make the changes you need.

While your membership agreement may have specific terms regarding changes, don’t hesitate to reach out to San Marino Coworking Spaces to discuss accommodating your adjustments.

  • Whether you need a short-term workspace solution or something more permanent, San Marino Coworking Spaces - San Marino Coworking has you covered. Meeting Rooms are available by the hour. But you can book Day Passs and Meeting Rooms for an entire day.

  • The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.

A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.

It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.
