My great-nephews, ages 7 and 4, really enjoyed it.

Most of the rides were under maintenance ?! like Danny the train and the roller coaster ride and some other ones my kids were looking forward to ride. The zoo was really lacking on diversity, also lots of maintenance signs everywhere. I was about to speak with the manager but was really hot that day and and my kids 7and 4 got bored so ended up leaving. Food is way overpriced and not worth it. Ice cream popsicles $9.00! Insane!

Very dissatisfied most exhibits and rides were not open or opened at 2, we came early This should have been told at the gate. My granddaughter was very disappointed not to get to ride Danny the dragon.😒

This fun family place with kiddie rides, lemurs, petting zoo, puppet show, picnic areas and restaurants with lots of shade. ISMAEL saw my clipper card and offered me $2 off admission, what a great employee focused on getting people to see a customer service approach. EWAN managed 2 rides and even kindly asked a gentleman waiting in line without his kids in front of you that all riders must in line, not on the current ride and jumping back in line to cut out those waiting. ThanksEWAN! We enjoyed several rides, the fósil sand area, zookeepers talk, animal encounters, and 3 pigs puppet show. The restaurant offers quick but not fast food with a great salad with chicken and fresh greens. Our group had chicken fingers and French fries and Pepsi products and sparkling water. Shaded areas made the day much easier. Van accessible parking for $10 by card or cash. Parking is a walk from entrance. Accessible dedicated stall for men and for women with diaper changer. Options for annual passes for price of 3 visits a year
