I was attacked by a homeless person while waiting at the door. It seems because it's downtown. Don't visit the place.

Unfortunately, no option is available for zero stars. 1 star will have to suffice. This review will be brief for the potential customers: We requested a cancellation about 2 months ago. An email confirmation for the cancellation was received. However, they continue to charge us $125/m after cancellation to this day. A support ticket was submitted online with no response. Even after waiting over 1 month. We called their phone about 20 times total these past couple months with no answer. Sometimes the phone gets forwarded to voice mail. Other times it rings completely. After several months, we have failed in hearing a human's voice or seen a sign of their presence. We're still being charged $125 per month, even after cancellation. It gets humorously worse. After this month was wrongfully charged again, their system charged us a $30 fee for being late. How can a person be late on a cancelled bill? Many online reviews confirm this common billing experience and lack of human support. The company seems to be ran by ghosts and automated systems. Their stock suffering large losses is also a red flag. Perhaps they no longer have staff? As for my personal recommendation, I ask you to keep your distance from them if you value your money.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.

A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.

It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.

  • Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.

It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Regus, who is more than happy to help out.

  • Regus - San Jose - 84 S First Street is open during regular business hours listed above. For any other requirements, make sure to contact the operator directly.

  • While storage in coworking spaces is generally limited, and mostly reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices, you should always check with the coworking operator about additional storage solutions. Fill out the form on the right side of the page to reach out to them and learn all about the available options.

  • Most coworking space amenities are open to all members, regardless of the membership plan. Meeting rooms require prior reservation, and private offices are exclusively available to those with subscription packages. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to everyone. Complimentary amenities are also available to all, while ancillary services can be purchased or negotiated individually with Regus.
